Frank Niehusmann

Frank Niehusmann started his first experiments with electronic music in 1978. Since that time he composed music for numerous concerts, sound-installations, videos, tv, radio broadcasts, theatre- and CD-productions. Performances of his works took place in numerous countries of Europe, Asia and the Americas.

He studied philosophy and history at Ruhr-Universität Bochum (M.A. degree in 1986).
1983-1998 he was author, presenter and producer of radio- and tv-broadcastings in Germany.

2006-2013 Frank Niehusmann was board member of the German Association for Electroacoustic Music DEGEM (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Elektroakustische Musik).
